Competition Tribunal reserves Verdict on MAS, AirAsia Appeals KUALA LUMPUR, May 22 (Bernama) -- The Competition Appeal Tribunal on Friday reserved its judgment on the appeals by the country's two major carriers over breach of market-sharing prohibition under the Competition Act 2010. The appeals were filed by Malaysia Airlines (MAS) and AirAsia Bhd against a decision by the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) which imposed them a fine of RM10 million each for violating the Act.
